Which AOT system is
for you?
To provide optical test solutions for all pcb applications, Lloyd Doyle have a fully developed range of AOT systems. It is easy to choose the right one for your application.
Firstly, there are 4 standard sizes of machine:
- Standard size 20" x 24" scan size with a 24" x 30" panel capability
- Extended format 24" x 34" scan size with a 30" x 36" panel
- Large format 34" x 46" scan size with a 36" x 48" panel
- Extra-large format 34" x 56" scan size with a 36" x 60" panel
- Further combinations can be provided on request
next there are 3 different types of illumination system:
- red light for most general applications
- white light for high technology applications
- UV fluorescent light for special applications
and finally, there is resolution to consider:
- a standard system will scan to a minimum of 80 micron lines / spaces
- a high resolution system will scan to a minimum of 60 micron lines and spaces
- an ultra-high resolution system will scan to sub-40 micron lines/spaces
